Dear authors,

I'm trying to use your tool to perform some MAGs taxonomic classification. I was trying to adapt the information provided in the github README of this project for the execution but something went wrong. In particular, I have had the following warnings during the execution of entire process py script: """ ==== begin check_missing ==== missing_ranks are: {'root': ['root']} ==== begin exec_phase ==== missing_ranks in exec_phase is: {'root': ['root']} """ Can you provide instruction for the employiment of MT-MAG for the classification of MAGs different from these of your tasks, please?

Thank you for your interest! MAGs should be put into the one folder. In addition, a json file should be provided. See Data preparation for Task 1 (sparse) and Task 2 (dense) section on README.
