Time Range Malfunction when starting at Step 2 #7

Time range doesn't seem to be correct when starting from step 2. PoT rain/shower grids don't get created for the entire correct time range. Just part of it.

Cannot replicate issue. PotGrids aren't always created unless they are necessary (i.e. no PotShowers grids are made if PoPs are too low, etc.)
