Link times massively increased under VC10 #261

Under VC10 RC our ( reasonably modest ) set of unit tests have gone from 
taking less than a minute to link in release mode to over 30 minutes on a 
powerful development machine.

Under Debug mode link times have gone from a few seconds to a few minutes.

I tried gtest in the trunk with VC 10 Express, and the compilation speed was 
fine.

The best way for you to get help is to discuss this on the mailing list, which 
many
more people are following.

I think this is a VC bug or a change in the user's compiler flags.  Closing for 
now.
