It appears that the app doesn't have access to printers on macOS. This appears to be easily fixed by clicking a checkbox in Xcode to allow Printing access.
A workaround as of v2.6.1 is to export as PDF, then print the PDF manually. The output for printing directly in-app versus printing the exported PDF is the same.
