If you decide to use the Experimental Multi-Journal Support as noted in issue #1. The export properties do not allow you to change the Journal you're exporting from (which is set to the "Default" journal by default). All data from all journals are dumped in the same zip file, but are not re-importable except the one you specified to export.
This will be resolved in a future update, but there will be no guarantees that past exported data with multi-journal support enabled will work correctly.
