What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install Chrome Toolbox
2. Uninstall Chrome Toolbox
3. Open new window to youtube
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The new window is muted
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Chrome on windows 7 SP1
Please provide any additional information below.
Has persisted through many reboots. Occasionally happens on new tabs, but
always on new windows.
