When pressing enter in address bar with a URL in it, open the URL in a new tab #195

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to address text box
2. Type a URL 
3. press enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to see the typed URL opens in a new tab, but instead it open in the 
current tab. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Version 29.0.1547.57 m.   OS Windows 7 Pro 64-bit

Please provide any additional information below.

BTW.  The "When pressing enter in address bar with a URL in it, open the URL in 
a new tab" option check box is checked.
