When I open my Pc and than open chrome, Chrome Toolbox's wheel feature is not
working. And than I'm close chrome and then open again wheel feature is
working. (when i use wheel on tabs, page is changing you know)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I cant see any error or output for this problem.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Ultimate Sp1 - Chrome Version 30.0.1599.101 m
