Description of the count step output missing

Hi,

I am trying to use part of the SQUIRE code. Following the count step 5 files are generated:

".out_abund.txt"

".out.gtf"

".out_refGenecounts.txt"

".out_subFcounts.txt"

".out_TEcounts.txt"

Can I ask for a quick description of each with the header. at least the refGenecount is missing the header. Thanks a lot

I am trying to understand the outputs too. For what it worth the *_TEcounts.txt is described in the supplementary Table S1
