Event Report - John not getting the emails #3

For the January Event Report - John Ort reports not getting the automatic email when the report was filed - though the website does show the event report is filed, and he was able to look there and read it.

Possibly related to the email tool not working (though the dates of it working, and not working, would be strangely interwoven, if so...)

Should work now after the email tool fix. Will be confirmed after Sunday's event.

Took another stab at this today, even copying over most of the headers, and it didn't seem to work... :/

A reasonable option here might be to make a web page that John can go to, to see the Event Reprots.

Got https://www.dvoa.org/admin2/evdir/showRecentEventReports.php kinda working

Still need to update it to use an actual date offset from now

John couldn't see it, so I adjusted permissions and shared again yesterday. I also noticed the ".exps" explanation of expenses text wasn't shown, so I added that.
