Change telepathy brackets? #10

Brackets are used to indicate telepathy in Unsong. They are also used to indicate telepathy. Occasionally this is confusing, most notably in the [EVEN THOUGH THIS IS NOT FUNNY AT ALL] line, which theoretically could be Aaron telepathing in, but instead is apparently some kind of authorial note by Aaron, oddly enough.

(Interestingly, the entire sentence/paragraph/line this bracketed string was present in has been removed for Version 2, even though it's a funny line once you get over the confusion.)

The cleanest solution to this, I think, is to make telepathy use some other symbol, perhaps angle brackets like ⟨ ⟩ (proper ones, of course, not <>). ⟦ ⟧ have the Kabalistic advantage of being called "Scott brackets", though, apparently.

This would require manual replacement of each tag, in that each telepathy instance would have to be manually identified, in order to add them to a list for the program to automatically assemble them.
