Added readme, updated index for other common use cases

• Lower barrier to entry for people adding to the documentation by documenting how to use it (most people using rust won't know how to tell this is a middleman project).
• Add exampe of using 'path' to import a local dependency.
• Add example of using cargo to export a crate.
