Added notes for clarification about the if block helper #201

This PR attempts to clarify the difference between the 'if' and 'with' block helpers - and thus solves #200

I am sorry to say that I am closing the PR after half a year - since it clutters up my github UI - and there doesn't seem to be any interest in merging.

Hi @mortenbekditlevsen, sorry for the delay. I have a lot of other things to do and there don't seem to be many other people around that take care of these things. This PR did not appear in my view for some reason.

On of the problems is that I can't build the current site any more. I have started creating a new site at https://github.com/handlebars-lang/docs that should be easier to maintain. If you have ambitions to help create that site, you are very welcome.
