Updates documentation to reflect filter variety. #44

Pads out the list of filters in the README and corrects the description of the LessFilter. Details are in the commit messages.

This doesn't merge cleanly anymore since I merged some similar updates from @twinturbo. Can you check and see if any of this is still applicable. Thanks!

Hey Peter,

I've pulled down the latest master and made the equivalent changes in two separate commits referenced above. Feel free to discard the YARD filter list in favour of the README.markdown but I think it's still useful to have around.
