Thanks for using our 3D RNA-seq App. Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
The text says "Reports in word, pdf and html formats are saved in "report" folder in 3D App working directory" but the download contained:
3D_report.tex, 3D_report.html, 3D_report.docx
3D_report.tex
3D_report.html
3D_report.docx
i.e. It looks like pdflatex has not been run to turn 3D_report.tex into 3D_report.pdf
3D_report.pdf
