Hangs on Time-series trend analysis [Bug] #21

Thanks for using our 3D RNA-seq App. Describe the bug I tried shiny app in both local and docker web version. https://3drnaseq.hutton.ac.uk/app_direct/3DRNAseq/ The app hangs when I perform time-series trend analysis. i.e after it says to click x, the page becomes inactivate (gray)

Hi, Could you please provide a screenshot of your metadata table? I need have a look of your experiemtal design and figure out whether your data fit to time-series trend analysis. ps: Did the 3D analysis part in the previous page work? Best

Hi, Please find the screenshot of my metatable. As you can see, I attempted to do between temperature as factor and raw_time. But I guess, there are not enough points for control right?

Hi, In you metadata table, it seems that the time labels of CON and time labels of STS are different and they are not comparable. The time-series trend analysis is designed to compare the same time-seires measurement in different conditions/groups. e.g. t1, t2, t3 in treatment vs t1, t2, t3 in control
