When attempting to perform a PCA an error occurs: "An error has occurred. Check your logs or contact the app author for clarification." The error only appears when a polygon is added to the clusters.
After removing batch effects using the RUVg method, the data normalisation fails.
I also tested the Arabidopsis example data and the same error occurred.
I am not sure if this applicable, but I am currently trying to run 3D RNAseq on a mac with a arm64 processor. While previously everything worked fine using a mac with an intel processor.
