Please ask questions about how to use the 3D RNA-seq App or to understand why the App is not working.
I want to do time series trend analysis. I have samples over an 24 hour cycle from 4 time points(T1-T4):- 30min, 2hr, 7hr and 10hr after treatment. I don´t know how to generate groups with them as they are not from different days. One group has only one time point in this case. I want to see the trends of gene expression throughout this 24hr cycle.
Please help me and guide me on how can I proceed.
I had tried to generate 4 groups with each time point and 4 different time points in total (each time point has two biological replicates). Every time I run the shiny App, it get stuck and I do not get any trend or result. Eventually, i had to terminate the App.
