Describe the bug
The size of my salmon quant folder uncompressed is 41.9MB. The mapping fails, when i reduced the number of files to half of it it works. Also when I mapped my data against araport11 it worked, but not against the atrd2 dataset for isoforms. I want to as you for bigger RAM share or bigger file share for the server. When I tried to install the server locally however it doesnt work anymore. I can remember that I installed it a year ago. Is the code not available anymore?
