Allow for editing of contrast groups when working from intermediate_data.RData, besides deleting all contrast groups and adding new ones. Also, allow for the removal of a specific (pair-wise) contrast group and not just the last one entered. Right now if I would have six contrast groups and I notice that I made a mistake in the second one, I would need to remove the last five contrast groups, just to fix my mistake in the second one.
