Xfinity system not arming or disarming via home app #5

I was able to successful set up Xfinity via the plugin but I can’t control the security system via the home app. The status does update when I arm or disarm via the Xfinity touch screen.

Are all of your sensors closed and its ready to be armed? Did you give the user that you are using permission to the home security section? If you login as that user on xfinity website, can they access and arm?
