Safest way to remove the localisations from the imagePicker #248

I have used a very slightly modified version of the imagePicker (see link below) and I now have a number of localisations in the APK that I do not require (such as German, Spanish etc...)

Within the APK when its pushed to the Play Store it now shows up a number of localisations that I do not require - I have not added these but can see these within the localisations of the app within the Google Play console. https://github.com/abelabbesnabi/cordova-plugin-image-picker
