Recording stream with metadata broken - WITH PATCH #21

Description 

The newest version from svn has a bug that disables recording flv with metadata.
Metadata is not stored due to NullPointer exception.
Morover if recording enabled [[ IoBuffer is modified by file consumer - and 
metadata send incorectly to flash clients ]]
Attachment contains PATCH that has been tested.
