Installing an AppStore app re-applies IOS Springboard #10

When you install an app from the AppStore, DreamBoard is replaced by the iOS springboard even though your still running a theme. You need to exit DreamBoard and re-apply the theme.

Happens on every respring/reboot as well.

Resolved in 2.0.2 (I think)
