Not working on iPad 4th gen WiFi #19

When ever I press on a theme, it goes back to the springboard

Sounds like you have another substrate conflicting with DreamBoard. DreamBoard DOES work with all iPad models. Are you using 2.0.2?

I did, but uninstalled it since it wasn't working.
