In the autogenerated fonts (currently atbash and caesar, in the future possibly ROT-N) have a separation problem, in that the glyphs are the correct ones, but they still have the old kerning and bearing, so it may look weird in the text.
This is purely an aesthetic problem, and does not affect at all the functionality of the involved fonts.
If I can find time, I have to read how to use the python interface to get lookup tables. If not, I will just mark this as WONTFIX and close it. As commented in the issue, not that this affect the fonts' functionality.
