Old info integration #1

Apparently, some people dissapear from the system (I cannot fathom why).

To have all the info we need to integrate the old info from other databases, to allow the full picture.

He appears in 2015-2016, but not in 2016-2017

The laziest way would be to include a new field in ENROLLMENT, that defines the academical year it was captured (potential problem: summer captured information/partial information)

Maybe use UNION and combine all the info (duplications????)
