Add Section in Conference Section of Home Page #196

Currently, there are only 5 sections. We need to add a sixth section for

Select Committee September 23-24, 2020

Also Change Stampede Law Conference to September 25th, 2020

Change Stampede Developers Conference to September 24th - October 25th, 2020

Stampede and DevCon S/B Sept 25th evening start thru Oct 24th Kyle has the dates switched.
