Sponsor section updates #366

1. Delete the current visionary section and all the uwyo logos.

2. Change the current "Visionary" section to "Presenting"

3. Add a new level below Visionary called "Innovator"

Under "Innovator" move Avanti from "Presenting"

And add this one to Innovator level Testamint sponsor https://testamint.net/

4. Change the current "Innovator" to "Hacker"
