Top Header Section #8

The Stampede logo is right justified looking and when I squish the mobile browser even more so the video should be running underneath the yellow and white block that frames the logo; those blocks are missing. And the WyoHackathon Logo appears in the center of the header and not off to the left side, and the Breakin' Through isn't right justified, instead it is on the bottom in the center. If should be following the design.

That yellow panel shouldn't be transparent the video should run behind it
