Keeps yellow alert "visit play menu" #2

I have overwatch open in fullscreen mode on my main monitor. Tracker keeps wanting me to visit play screen. No matter how long I stay on it or return to it after a game it doesn't pick up any stats.

Same, for full screen, borderless window, window, all set to 1920x1080.
