Fixes issue #20

I added #include to detect_collinear_tandem_arrays.cc and dissect_multiple_alignment.cc files and #include to msa.cc

Developer recommended to download zip version from http://chibba.pgml.uga.edu/mcscan2/ in another post as github version might not be complete. Yet i worked fine with the test data for me.
