When I use this command,
$ java dot_plotter -g gff_file -s synteny_file -c control_file -o output_PNG_file
the following problem occurs:
Exception in thread"main" java.lang.NulPointerException at dot plotter.paint(dot plotter.java:163) at dot plotter.main(dot plotter.java:262)
how should I deal with it.
