Describe the bug When playing back MIDI data containing koto, the sound is audible, but the koto does not appear on the screen.

Offending MIDI file 52-Dreamy-Oriental-Nights.zip

Expected behavior When MIDI data with Koto in it is played back

Not all instruments are implemented yet. It's a continuous work in progress.
