Volume control #186

Describe the solution you'd like midis2jam2 playback volume is extremely high because system volume must be turned up for other things. Just like Timidity has a volume control for MIDI playback, it would be great if midis2jam2 had it too.

This will be a supported feature once I resolve #166.
