Toodledo Integration #61

Would love to see Toodledo integration.  Perhaps have pomodairo bring over 
tasks with a certain tag or starred.  Completing tasks would mark them complete 
in Toodledo as well.  Perhaps have an option to include a note as to how many 
Pomodoro's it took.

Would also be nice if unplanned tasks entered during pomodoro were created in 
RTM with a given tag or starred.

See #50 and #100, didn't notice this one. I'm all for other backends support 
beyond the sqlite db  ...
