What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Timer does not start either way.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.9 on W7 Ent. 64-bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
App does not start. Pomodairo.exe process is listed, but no visible window 
open. Reinstalling does not help now.

Can you see if your case seems similar to Issue 99 -

Could you also please try the troubleshooting steps there and report back if 
this changed anything?
