Broken icons in some cases #74

This is a very strange issue which only seems to happen with the README.rst file inside of a project. seti_icons_bug The icon breaks but only on the first level of the project, creating a README.rst in a sub-directory seems fine...

Atom    : 1.21.1
Electron: 1.6.15
Chrome  : 56.0.2924.87
Node    : 7.4.0

Sorry in the delayed response, but I just tried this out on Atom 1.22.1 on macOS and the icon is the same at root level vs. in a subdirectory. Is this still happening for you?
