CSV term not explained in UG #11

Users might not know what is a CSV file, it can be added to the glossary.

As our target audience are Teaching Assistants, they are likely to be familiar with CSV files.

Reason for disagreement: Sorry, but even as a CS student, my understanding of CSV file is limited. All I know is that its some excel related data file. As for teaching assistants, you cannot expect all of them to be familiar. You have to consider teaching assistants outside of computing. Considering that the app has a big feature on exporting and and importing CSV file, it should be explained in the glossary.

## :question: Issue severity Team chose [`severity.VeryLow`] Originally [`severity.Low`] - [x] I disagree **Reason for disagreement:** As the app has a big feature on exporting and and importing CSV file, the user not understanding what is a CSV file can be quite the inconvenience and hence this isn't just a cosmetic issue, so severity level should minimally be low.
