About learning rate #9

Hi! Thanks for the great work. I have a question about the learning rate, you indicated in your paper that the learning rate is 0.001, but in the provided config file it is 0.0001, which one should prevail?

Everything is subject to the config. After submitting the paper, we also conducted some parameter optimization for the experiments.
