Some songs "buzz" when they are started immediately after another song #16

Sunshine of the Morning Sun by Area51 is probably the best example.

Perhaps a note cut at the beginning of each channel or something similar would 
address the issue.

The pattern delay (0xEEX) sound effect causes buzzing when a song starts with 
it when it follows another song.

Recommend either removing the delay or replacing with silent rows - for 
Sunshine of the Morning Sun, the pattern delay was removed with no ill effects.

Re-opening the issue because Homesick by E-Keet appears to have a similar 
issue.  Need to check all the songs.

This appears to be an issue with libmodplug, and is beyond the scope of this 
project to fix.  The only other remediation approach is to modify the songs, 
which is not acceptable.
