Keep player fullscreen layout preference when switching between activities #31

Currently, when switching between activities, the layout may display the status 
bar and nenu bar even if the previous activity explicitly applied a fullscreen 
layout.

Perhaps the layout needs to be applied programmatically at the application 
level?

Each activity now applies the user preference with regards to fullscreen mode, 
but between activities is still not managed.

Perhaps this is not possible when switching between activities?
