能不能不开启rewrite？

CodeIgniter 是支持不开启 rewrite 的，开启 rewrite 只是让 URL 看起来更好看而已。

@hex-ci 虽然 CI 是支持的，但是由于我的代码中有部分写死了跳转链接，所以必须开启 Rewrite。。。
