Added the field has_dataset_metadata to accompany has_donor_metadata as this field was added to ingest-api's data-status endpoint.

Added support for arrays coming from the ingest-api and handling how those are processed.

@maxsibilla @libpitt do you need the corresponding backend ingest-api updates for SenNet? I've asked @DerekFurstPitt to make some changes in his ingest-api PR https://github.com/hubmapconsortium/ingest-api/pull/440 before we can move forward. I wanted to check with you two in case this may break the SenNet deployment.
