Support application-specific dataset status options #169

The newly added Incomplete status is SenNet-specific, and we have the color theme configurable for the status label (not being used by HuBMAP). When filtering the data rows in both main table and derived datasets modal, this and the Unpublished status should not show for HuBMAP. Does SenNet use Unpublished?

@maxsibilla @libpitt two options to consider:

Add a new configurable status array to accommodate the different status options between HuBMAP and SenNet.
Alternatively, we only display all the status based on the actual data which doesn't require a new config.

No longer relevant since HuBMAP will be supporting Incomplete too.
