Group organ types #218

Is it possible in all areas of data portal and ingest board to consolidate paired organs? So for example instead of showing (or filtering for counting) Lung (Left) and Lung (Right) it will just show Lung with both accounted for?

So instead of showing Lung (Left) and Lung (Right) we just show Lung in the Data Ingest Board filtering options.
