Anita will kindly run a query against the EBI single cell expression atlas (21 species, 355 studies, 10,505,726 cells) so we understand what ‘collections/papers/tissue blocks’ it serves and if there is any data that is not yet in CxG or other portals and can be used for HRA construction/CTpop. https://www.ebi.ac.uk/gxa/sc/home
