EDIT 1/29/24 with @bherr2 : Note that the way the cells are counted affect the number of cells reported. In https://github.com/x-atlas-consortia/hra-pop/blob/main/output-data/v0.5.1/reports/atlas/consortium-breakdown.csv, for example, cells are counted multiple times, depending on how many cell type annotation tools a dataset was run though.
