Updates needed

  1. Align terms for Soft Assay Dataset Types (children of HUBMAP:C003041 and SENNET:C003041) with terms in HRAVS Dataset Types hierarchy, including:

    • RNASeq -> RNAseq
    • ATACSeq -> ATACseq
    • Lightsheet -> Light Sheet
    • 10x Multiome -> 10X Multiome

  2. New release of HRA edge and node files
