CEDAR fields should be linked to HUBMAP provenance entities #126
The edge files in the CEDAR ETL source do not currently associate fields with HUBMAP provenance entities. Although the majority of CEDAR templates associate with dataset types, there are some that associate with Sample or Block.
Because provenance entities are in the UBKG, this may require enhancements to either the UBKG or the CEDAR ETL.
Dependency
We may need to determine manually how templates map to entities.
